14 Unexpected Wedding Ideas for Lofts

The Skyline Loft in Chicago

Loft wedding venues are at the top of my list of dream locations to say ‘I Do’ in. The beauty of loft weddings is that the space allows you to do practically nothing at all when it comes to decor. But what you do use can have such an impact in a stark space, that you really get the most bang for your buck in terms of wedding decor.

There are so many fun wedding ideas for lofts, but there are a few that always stand out to me when I see them. I’ve compiled a few of my favorite loft wedding ideas, below.

Are you planning a loft wedding? Let us know what you’re envisioning in terms of decor!

Loft spaces can typically hold big bands, so I would definitely consider hiring one that will bring the party to the next level.

While string lights are great, also think about bringing in floor lamps and shades that will give the space a homey feel. Same goes for carpets and furniture!
