Average Base Cost: $8,000
Our average base cost for a Winemaker Studios wedding is calculated by figuring a 75-person guest list on a Saturday evening in July using a food/beverage price of $80/pp. Entertainment, flowers, additional decorations and rentals, transportation, and photography are not included. Price is rounded up to the nearest thousand. Gratuity and sales tax included.

How it breaks down:
Facility Rental Fee: If you select one of their wedding packages there is no venue fee and instead a per person catering fee applies. However, outside caterers are allowed, in which case the per person price no longer applies and a rental fee is assessed on a case by case basis (it typically starts at around $500-$1,250 and up).

What’s Included in their Wedding Package:
- Venue rental for hours (6 hours if also doing ceremony)
- Cocktail furniture package
- Basic lighting package
- Chairs and dining tables (60″ rounds or 8’ banquets)
- Basic floor-length table linens and dinner napkins
- China, flatware, glasses
- SF Savory Menu with buffet service
- Award Winning Winery SF Wine and Beer Bar service for 4 hours

Extras: There is an additional maintenance fee which varies
Vendors: You may bring in your own vendors including caterers. However that would change the venue rental fee as mentioned above.
Food: Catering packages start at $80 per person and go up to $110 per person, plus tax and service charge.
Beverage: Wine and beer is included in their wedding package above, however a full bar would be an additional fee.

Woman Getting Married Says:
As a wedding ceremony and reception venue I’m not sure how I feel about this space unless you’re considering a SUPER casual wedding. On the other hand I LOVE it for a rehearsal dinner. I think it would be great to bring in some food trucks along with tastings of their local wine for a really unique event. Alternatively you could totally do that for a laid-back wedding as well. It definitely depends on what kind of vibe you’re looking for!
