The Terrace space has 3,400 sq. feet of mostly open space. The Terrace also features a smaller inside space (pictured below). You can see a virtual tour of The Midtown Loft here.

Woman Getting Married Says:
Honestly, this NYC wedding venue is a bit of a unicorn. The fact that you can bring in your own caterer is pretty awesome, and the location is perfect for a NYC wedding (vs. a Brooklyn wedding venue where you might have to arrange for transportation for out of town guests). I do see a big benefit to renting both the loft and terrace if your wedding budge allows. The only downside is loft spaces like this tend to need a bit of decor to warm them up, however it’s nothing a lot of candles and bright-color flowers can’t handle This venue would REALLY top my list if they included tables and chairs in the rental price. 🙂

Great info you have here, love it!… Couples could really save money if they have a destination wedding, say for example a Thailand wedding where costs of about all suppliers are 35-40% cheaper, you’ll also get more for your money like you may pay around the same for a venue but this wedding venue will be on a paradise Island beach in Phuket, Koh Samui or Krabi and you’ll get 5 star service and dreamy sunset wedding photography & videography for half the price!…
