Average Base Cost: $28,000
Our average base cost for a Live Well Farm wedding is calculated by figuring a 125-person guest list on a Saturday evening using a food/beverage price of $125/pp. If we assume you charge guests $100/pp per night for two nights, that would bring the Destination Wedding Weekend Package to $7,138 (if adding on a 9% lodging tax). We would also add on $1,500 for a tent. Entertainment, flowers, additional decorations and rentals, transportation, and photography are not included. Price is rounded up to the nearest thousand. Gratuity and sales tax included.

How Will Grandma Get There?
Live Well Farm is approximately 52 minutes from the Portland airport. The venue has accommodations for up to 11 guests (you can see pictures of the house here: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2902812 ). There are over 200 accommodations for guests in nearby Brunswick, which is approximately 18 minutes away by car.
Party On! They ask that the DJ or band leave by 11 p.m. Smaller groups can continue the party in the barn with an iPod or other wireless sound system until later into the night.
This 185-year-old farm in Maine is located in Harpswell, which has “more coastline than any other town in the U.S.” The Farm sits on 5 acres, and there is a beach through the back of the property which faces Bailey Island and the famous Cribstone Bridge. It can be accessed by car or on foot. Fun fact: Patrick Dempsey (aka McDreamy from Grey’s Anatomy) used to own this farm and got married there. It is now owned and run by Scott and Patty Ruppert.
Woman Getting Married Says:
I love Live Well Farm’s proximity to a larger town (Brunswick) with plenty of hotel options and the fact that the venue is walking distance to the beach. Also, the actual town it’s in (Harpswell) is supposed to be really cute with some fun restaurant choices and lobster rolls galore.
