I’ll break the news to you gently: Cake stands are not one of the items guests will remember forever. Most guests won’t even notice your cake until you post a photo of it on Facebook. BUT…a  gorgeous vintage or modern cake stand is something that can make you feel like you thought of everything when it comes to your wedding. Plus, if you get one you love, you can use it for years after your wedding for everything from fruit to appetizers to…you know, cake. 🙂
I ended up getting our cake stand at Pottery Barn because I needed a store that would ship to a different state for free, but I loved looking for vintage cake stands on Etsy.
