The Report:
Nestled just a short distance from Historic Sonoma Plaza is Ramekins Culinary School & Inn, which hosts a number of events throughout the year, including weddings. Receptions may take place in the Great Room, which features oak beam vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, or outdoors in the rustic courtyard which includes an antique limestone fountain and French doors. Doors from the Great Room open onto a shaded garden courtyard. Draped with sun shades and illuminated with market lighting, the courtyard can serve as a place for guests to dine or mingle before dinner. In addition to Ramekin’s event spaces, the venue also offers six appointed suites for couples and their guests to stay in before and after the big day.
Woman Getting Married Says:
Ramekins is a go-to caterer for many Sonoma wedding venues, and they also have a completely gorgeous wedding venue that’s worth considering as well. While they have on-site lodging, if you have a larger wedding party I would stay with the majority of other guests at a nearby hotel. Overall this venue would be a gorgeous spot for a wedding reception or even a rehearsal dinner/bridal shower.
