Wedding Happy

With 4.8 out of 5 stars from more than 1,000 reviews on the Apple App Store, this app definitely has the dollars and cents in mind for brides-to-be. With handy budgeting tools and an easy-to-see countdown of how much is left in your budget, Wedding Happy is ideal for brides who want to keep a close eye on what they are spending.

It also allows brides to input their (extremely long) to-do list and view it by due date or by type. Additionally, the app has room for you to input all of your vendor details so you won’t be scrambling for business cards or notes on random scraps of paper. And with their “Next Payments” list, you’ll never lose a vendor because of a missed payment! This app keeps brides organized without all the fluff.

Wedding Planner by WeddingWire

With 4.8 out of 5 stars from more than 26,000 reviews on the App Store, the Wedding Planner by WeddingWire is probably one of the most well-known planning apps out there. For brides looking to find vendors, integrate their wedding website, and stay organized, this app is a great option.

While some brides may get overwhelmed or distracted by everything this app can do, it’s super helpful for brides operating without a wedding planner. Through the app, brides can see everything from their budget report and to-do list to their guest RSVPs and seating chart.

Wedding Planner by Sevenlogics, Inc.

With 4.5 out of 5 stars from more than 2,000 reviews on the App Store, this is certainly a lesser-known planning app, but the brides who love it really seem to love it!

Unaffiliated with any major wedding website, it is a much more simplified app for brides who get easily overwhelmed, or are just looking for a cute way to stay organized. The app allows you to upload pictures of you and your husband-to-be, keep a planning journal, and even choose music that will play at your wedding (that you can listen to while you plan!).

Zola

With 4.9 out of 5 stars from more than 32,000 reviews on the App Store, this well-designed app integrates with a wedding website the way WeddingWires does, but it also integrates with your registry, too!

In a single app, you can update your registry, peep your guest list RSVPs, and check items off your planning to-do list. However, while this app has the additional feature of integrating with your registry, it does not currently offer a budgeting feature that could be integral to planning for many brides.

But if you prefer to keep your budget in a spreadsheet on your computer, the Zola wedding app could be the best option for planning the rest.

Wedding Planner by The Knot

And finally, with 4.8 out of 5 stars from more than 40,000 reviews on the App Store, Wedding Planner by The Knot is the most popular of all planning apps.

From wedding vendor searches to registry integration, along with to-do lists and budget tracking, this wedding planner has pretty much everything a wedding app could have. It can even integrate with your wedding website to track RSVPs, and it has a space for you to build a wedding vision board!

There are even more wedding planning apps out there for brides to explore. The important thing is to browse different options, give several a try and find the one that works best with your personality, preferences and wedding style.
