While I loved my wedding shoes, those things have been in the back of my closet (unworn) since the day I got married. I thought about dying them black and might get around to it one day, but chances are they’ll sit there for another three years.
Since you’ll most likely end up spending at least $100 on a pair of wedding shoes, you might as well buy a pair you would be excited to wear again. And, if you go with a pair in a fun color or in the gold/metallic family, the chances of you actually wearing them again are much higher. I scoured online shops like BHLDN, Bloomingdales, Nordstrom (which carries Sarah Jessica Parker’s new shoe collection, SJP), Zappo’s, and more to find the latest wedding shoes that can get you through your big day and beyond (if they’re comfortable!).
