The Report

Originally built in 2003, this three-level building only looks like a historic landmark! With atrium ceilings, stained-glass windows, marble staircases, and outdoor terraces, the Cruz Building is illuminated by gas flame lanterns and antique crystal chandeliers, giving it a definitely New Orleans/French-inspired look. They only book one wedding at a time, so you would not be sharing the building with anybody else.

Woman Getting Married Says

This is such a unique wedding venue for Miami, especially because it looks like it could be located in the French Quarter instead of Coconut Grove. I think the possibilities are endless here in terms of decor, though I would definitely learn towards a European/Caribbean/vintage vibe here over anything modern. And the fact that there is no curfew and you can bring in your own caterer is a big win (though your overtime cost of $1,000/hour will catch-up to you, so just be mindful of that when planning your start time). Also, you can’t beat the Coconut Grove location, which is perfect for out-of-town guests and Miami residents in terms of getting there and activities around the area.
