Facility Rental Fee: Ceremony fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,500. Receptions are priced per person.
What’s Included: Chairs, an additional half hour of time, a microphone, and draping to hide tables if the ceremony needs to be inside
Extras: A range of services and wedding-related items are available, including event planning, set-up/clean-up, centerpieces, tents, decor, and more. Normandy Farm Hotel also offers all-inclusive packages for an entire weekend.
Food/Beverage: Normandy Farm offers both in-house catering (as well as an exclusive Indian caterer) and bartending services. Prime Saturday evenings April through November start at $124 per person plus tax and service charge.

Space Type: The ceremony spaces are outside, though there is an indoor area reserved as a back up. The cocktail hour spaces are a combination of inside and outside space, and then receptions take place indoors.
Size: 160 people in the Silos Ballroom; 350 people in the Grand Ballroom. Please note that because there are multiple ceremony/reception spaces, you can have more than one wedding hosted here at a time.
Bridal Suite: There is a hospitality suite for finishing touches that also serves as a staging area. A discounted hotel room is available for the night before the wedding so that the bride may get ready there the morning-of.

How Will Grandma Get There? Blue Bell, Pennsylvania is a 40-minute drive from Philadelphia International Airport. Normandy Farm Hotel has lodging on-site with 141 rooms and suites. Discounted rates are available for wedding blocks. On average rooms without a wedding discount are $100+/night. Other hotels, such as the Hyatt House Philadelphia/Plymouth, are a 12-minute drive away.
Party On! Typically, 12 a.m. is the latest departure time (with the exception of NYE). However you can continue the party at the hotel bar until later.
The Report
The property at Normandy Farm features two rustic yet updated ballrooms with exposed wood beams and historical charm. The Silos Ballroom, complete with the original silos as alcoves within the room, can accommodate affairs up to 160 guests, while the Grand Ballroom, which, at one time, functioned as the stables on the farm, is a more expansive space holding up to 350 guests. In addition to ceremonies and receptions, Normandy Farm can also help you plan an entire wedding weekend experience. Example, below:

Normandy Farms is a vintage-inspired wedding venue that while unique, also feels traditional at the same time. While I don’t think it would be a fit obviously for couples looking for a more modern or luxe wedding venue, I think the spaces have a charm that can definitely work for a lot of different wedding themes/styles. The ballrooms have a tendency to feel a bit dark, so I go with lots of warm, amber-colored uplighting where possible to give it a gorgeous candle glow as well as flowing white draping. A con is that there can be one more than one wedding at a time, so I would be sure to inquire about how that would work. A big pro is that the majority of your guests can stay at the hotel, where you can also plan a fun after-party at the hotel bar, making it super easy for you (and guests!) to just walk back to your room. 🙂
