Our average base cost for a Historic 512 wedding is calculated by figuring a 125-person guest list for a Saturday ceremony/reception using the Great Room and Grand Ballroom and a food/beverage cost of $80/pp. Entertainment, flowers, additional decorations and rentals, transportation, and photography are NOT included. Price is rounded up to the nearest thousand. Gratuity and sales tax is included in our average base cost.

Facility Rental Fee: Historic 512’s venue pricing breaks down as follows:
- Use of historic facility (Options include: Great Room, Grand Ballroom and Parlor Rooms)
- Complimentary audio/visual equipment (screen, projector and sound system)
- Tables and chairs (upgraded Chiavari chairs available at additional cost)
- Set up and breakdown of tables & chairs
- Portable oak bar on the second floor
- 3 hrs for bridal portraits (ceremony & reception only)
- 1 hr for rehearsals
- Long rental period (see above for times)
- Option to use service providers of your choice
- Security: $40/per hour with a 5 hour min. (only if serving alcohol)
- Damage Deposit: $500 refundable damage deposit
- Kitchen Fee: $500 if not using on site caterer

Food and Beverage: In-house catering through Triumph Catering & Events is available starting at $30-$40 per person for dinner. Outside catering is allowed for an additional $500 fee. You are able to bring in your own alcohol with a a TABC licensed bartender. Kegs and margarita machines are not permitted. All events serving alcohol require security, scheduled by 512 staff and paid for by the renter at the rate of $40/hour with a 5 hour minimum. (see Extra Costs, above).

Bridal Suite: Yes. There are two Parlor Rooms that can be used in any way.

How Will Grandma Get There? Located in the heart of downtown Forth Worth, there are a ton of hotels within walking distance to the Historic 512, including the Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel and the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. The venue is approximately 30 minutes from the DFW International Airport.
Party On! Events can go until the following times:
- Monday-Thursday: 1 p.m.-11 p.m.
- Friday: 1 p.m.- 1 .am.
- Saturday: 12 p.m.-1 a.m.
- Sunday – 12 p.m.-12 a.m.
Designed by noted Fort Worth architect Wyatt C. Hedrick in the 1920’s, the building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Historic 512 is owned and operated by the local non-profit Center for Transforming Lives, which helps women, children and their families move from poverty to independence. Rental fees support programs that help women and children live in safety, earn with dignity and save for a better tomorrow. Note that the Historic 512 is NOT associated with the YWCA, which is across the street and share’s a similar address and the parking lot is located next to theirs.
