Even though Christmas has come and gone, there’s always room for another gorgeous real wedding…especially one at a venue we love like The Housing Works Bookstore in New York City. As soon as we saw Heather and James’s New York City wedding we knew we were in for a treat. With green bridesmaid dresses and Christmas-inspired tablescapes, there’s so much fun inspiration here for those of you brides planning your own December wedding that we figured now is the perfect time to share!
In addition to the wintery details and classic NYC vibe, we love the cool things taking place behind the scenes (such as a live stream of guests’ tweets with their wedding hashtag being projected on the wall, or the wedding party photos in the Broadway Lafayette subway station, which was part of their rain back-up plan). This is New York City at it’s best!
Scroll down to see these gorgeous New York City wedding photos, captured by the supremely talented Sarah Tew Photography. And a special thanks to Heather and James for sharing their special day!
