Jay Johnson’s parents have been married for over 40 years, and to celebrate they recently recreated the photos from their 1975 wedding, which Johnson shared on Imgur.
In the photos you see his mom wearing the same super chic 1970’s wedding dress and his dad wearing the same jacket that his mom made for their wedding day. The only difference is that they’re in front of a different house and have an upgraded motorcycle. How cute is this idea?
“They met in a bar called The Lower Level and his first words to here were ‘You wanna boogie,’” Johnson wrote. “If that isn’t the start to a great love story, I don’t know what is.” We agree! Congrats to the happy couple. 🙂
