13 Summer Dresses Perfect for Your Honeymoon

I’m on a major dress kick lately. I live in Los Angeles so it’s pretty much dress-weather year-round (I know, don’t hate me!). I also work from home which means I want something comfortable and easy that looks somewhat put-together. Oh, who am I kidding. I mostly work in my leggings and a t-shirt.

I am always on the hunt for the perfect maxi dress, caftan, or romper. They’re perfect because you really don’t have to think about it…you just throw a dress on a boom…you’re done. Which is exactly what you want when packing for your honeymoon.

I packed WAY too much stuff for our honeymoon (you can read about our honeymoon trip to Italy and Croatia here) and we ended up paying an overweight luggage fee pretty much every city we flew into and out of. D’oh! I’ve now learned to pack for two weeks in a carryon (more on that later), and a lot of that has to do with packing the right dresses.

Of course, a fall or winter honeymoon might not be as conducive to mostly wearing dresses, but spring and summer honeymoons are made for them. Whether you’re spending a week in Hawaii or going to the South of France, you can pack ALL dresses and be able to go everywhere from the beach to the club.
