No, it’s not THAT “Time After Time.” This is instead a classic by Chet Baker. If you’re not familiar with Chet Baker I highly suggest you check out his music…he has so many that are perfect wedding songs. He also sings a cover of “My Funny Valentine” which is one of my favorite versions of that song.
I love the simple lyrics (listed below) for this song, and his voice is so sweet. Like so many great musicians Chet Baker sadly struggled with addiction through most of his life, and I think if he didn’t he would have become as big as Frank Sinatra (though in the Jazz world he’s still extremely well known).
