If you’re over the age of 30 chances are you grew up with Siamese Dream by the Smashing Pumpkins on repeat. If you’re not and it’s your first time hearing a track from it, I highly suggest you give it a listen. It was (and is) an effing amazing album, and there are a couple great songs on it that would be really pretty as a first dance or a processional song. “Mayonaise” is a gorgeous song and could definitely work, as is “Luna” which is a little more lovey-dovey lyrics wise.
If you love the melody but aren’t sure about the vocals for either song, you could hire a string section to do a version of either one and it would be amazing. However I really love the lyrics/Billy Corgan’s voice so I think you can’t go wrong either way. The lyrics for “Luna” are below!
