We spoke with London/LA based stylist Lana Grand about her favorite spring and summer wedding hair trends for brides this year. “Following Spring/Summer trends we have seen on the catwalks, beach wave curls have been replaced by natural air-dried looking hair for lived-in movement, as well as glossy looking locks. For the up do or lose and free styles, try using bigger barrel curling irons, diffuser or twisting hair when still damp into rows of buns and letting them dry. Always remember to prep the hair with thermal protection and either a light mousse or thickening spray to give hair “memory” to hold the waves. Finish with serum to give the hair that luminous looking glow, just avoid any heavy oils not to beak down the movement you have just created.”
