The Report:
This award-winning, 5-star hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access to the Deer Valley Resort as well as an award-winning spa, two on-site restaurants, and a year-round outdoor pool. In addition to a free shuttle to downtown Park City for guests, nearby activities include fly-fishing, boating, river rafting, and hiking in the summer, and sleigh rides, skiing, snowshoeing, and ice skating in the winter. The ballroom features panoramic views of the Deer Valley Resort as well as private reception areas and decks to separate wedding events from other resort guests.
Woman Getting Married Says:
Park City is an amazing destination wedding location for summer OR winter, and the Stein Ericksen Lodge is one of the nicest resorts in the area. For a 5-star resort I actually think their packages are well-priced, however not being able to have a hosted bar package (as with all venues in Utah) means the beverage pricing is definitely on the higher side. However I do think they’ve taken this into consideration with pricing their menus as well as facility rental fees, so that’s a bonus. When booking this resort for your wedding I would be conscientious of guests who might not be able to afford the room rates and also offer a room block at a nearby hotel (such as the DoubleTree, which is a 12-minute drive away).
