Wow. I am so in love with ALL the details from Allison and Tom’s wedding in historic San Juan Capistrano in California. The rustic yet completely perfect setting was made even more gorgeous by lush greenery, white roses, and yes…cowboy boots!
Captured flawlessly by James Tang Photography, we had a hard time not selecting EVER.SINGLE.PHOTO. from this real wedding. More from James Tang Photography on Allison and Tom’s country-inspired wedding reception at the Villa San Juan Capistrano, below:
“Allison and Tom got married at the historic Serra Chapel in Mission San Juan Capistrano, where her parents got married 33 years ago, and where her sister (Jessica) got married just a few years prior. Allison and Tom met each other on a date to Alan Jackson’s concert. She pulled up in a white Cadillac, he pulled up in a black Cadillac, and they knew right away that country music isn’t the only thing they both have in common.Tom wanted to propose to Allison at the top of Mt. Baldy, but the hike was a bit more than they both anticipated. So he made plans to take Allison for a relaxing weekend wine tasting in Temecula, where he proposed in a vineyard. Of course she said yes. I know Tom through a group of mutual motorcycle riding friends many years back. Our close group of friends even started a motorcycle forum together. Allison has been following my work for a while and when she reached out to me, I was so excited. Within my brief interaction with Allison, I could tell that she’s a sweetheart, and a very strong person. Her and Tom are a perfect match and it was such an honor to be entrusted with such an important task of preserving the memories of their wedding day.”
