Average Base Cost: $30,000
Our average base cost for a Long View Gallery wedding is calculated by figuring a 125-person guest list for a Saturday evening ceremony and reception using a $10,000 site rental fee and a food/beverage cost of $125/pp common for the area. Entertainment, flowers, furniture, additional decorations and rentals, transportation, and photography are not included. Price is rounded up to the nearest thousand. Gratuity and sales tax is included.

How it breaks down:
Facility Rental Fee: $9,000 – $11,000 depending on guest count, ceremony location, and day of week
What’s Included: Up to 9 hours of use. The fee also includes a small changing room but it is not ideal for hair/make up. No furniture is included. There is a dedicated coat closet.
Extras: Additional hours for load in can be added at $100/hour
Food/Beverage: Catering and security must be selected from their preferred list of vendors. You may use outside vendors for anything else but have to get approval from the gallery first.
More Stats:
Space Type: Mostly inside, however there is room for an outdoor space in the alley behind the gallery
Size: Up to 150 for ceremony and reception
Bridal Suite: No (just a small changing area as listed above)
Parking: No. There are garages and street parking nearby, and many clients choose to use valet or shuttles.
How Will Grandma Get There? The Long View Gallery is centrally located in what many consider to be a trendy part of town. There are plenty of hotel options nearby such as the Hotel Rouge and the Hotel Monaco.
Party On! Events can go until 11 p.m.
The Report:
Opened in 2006, the Long View Gallery features local and international artists, and is the largest Contemporary Art gallery in the city with 9,000 sq. feet of space.
Woman Getting Married Says:
You can do a ton to this wedding venue space, or you can simply leave it as is and put the focus on brightly colored flowers and a few modern or vintage wedding ideas. For the rental fee I’d love to see them include items such as tables and chairs, but considering all the great art work you’ll have hanging on the walls, you can consider that additional decor. Be sure to go over everything in your venue contract ahead of time so there are no last minute surprises!
