Heather and Jaykob’s Pink Perfection Wedding at the Madonna Inn

The Madonna Inn was made for a wedding like this. Heather and Jaykob said yes to the most pink, most over-the-top, most perfectly them venue in San Luis Obispo, and their September wedding, captured by Elizabeth Burgi Photography, is exactly what you would hope for.

The hand-painted murals, the pink leather booths, the crystal chandeliers — this is not a venue you try to tone down. Heather and Jaykob had no interest in doing that, and it shows in every single photo.

The Wedding Day Look

Heather wore a beaded, sequin-covered gown by Calla Blanche that caught every bit of light in every room she walked through. Her hair was done by Anthony Pazos and her makeup by Eileen Sandoval. The getting-ready photos alone are worth scrolling through twice.

Jaykob wore a white dinner jacket with black lapels and a jeweled bow tie, and it was exactly right for the room. Her bridesmaids wore floor-length pink gowns from BHLDN, and one of her bridesmen wore a matching pink vest. The whole wedding party dressed with the same energy as the venue.

The Flowers

The bouquets from Eden Flowers were loaded with garden roses, hot pink blooms, daisies, and wildflowers in every shade of pink and peach. They were exactly the right flowers for exactly this wedding.

The ceremony arch was a full white structure packed with roses, dahlias, cosmos, and wildflowers. Eden Flowers handled both the bouquets and the arch, and the cohesion between the two shows throughout every photo from the ceremony.

The Ceremony

The ceremony took place outside in the Madonna Inn garden, with the floral arch from Eden Flowers framing the couple under a full arrangement of roses, dahlias, cosmos, and wildflowers. White petals lined the aisle, bistro lights hung overhead, and Central Coast Strings played live.

The Reception

Wiere Weddings had the reception fully dialed in. Pink lighting, crystal chandeliers, hand-painted murals, and Eden Flowers arrangements throughout the room. It was a reception that matched the ceremony in every way.

The Cake

The cake came from the Madonna Inn’s own bakery: four tiers, hot pink, covered in ruffled buttercream with a sweet figurine on top.

The Dance Floor

Vital Event Group DJed the reception, and the dance floor was packed from the first song. Scroll through these and tell us you don’t want to be at this wedding right now.

The Exit

The whole day was filmed by TSI Video Productions. They left in a horse-drawn carriage from White Horse Carriage Co. It was the kind of wedding you save to four different Pinterest boards and pull up again a week later.
