Morgan and Tyler’s love story began in Salt Lake City where the two met via a chance swipe on Tinder. They started talking online and ended up going on several dates, and Morgan says, “I could tell that he was different and something about him had me falling deeply in love.” Even though Morgan eventually decided to move back to her hometown of Dallas, Tyler quickly followed and they have been inseparable ever since.
Wanting a full wedding experience with their closest family and friends, Morgan and Tyler were drawn to a destination wedding. They fell in love with the photos of Costa Rica and knew it was the perfect locale. Each guest was welcomed with custom gift bags that included essentials for them to enjoy their trip, like mosquito-repellent bracelets, koozies, local coffee, custom door hangers and so much more. Morgan and Tyler also personalized their ceremony with tropical flowers, and Tyler’s sister served as their officiant.
Captured by Bay Productions, Morgan’s favorite moments of their ceremony were walking down the aisle with her father and being pronounced husband and wife. Morgan says, “I had all the feels, and every time I look through our photos, every single emotion comes back.”
As for her advice for newly engaged couples, Morgan adds: “I would say trust the process and don’t stress. Having a destination wedding takes the stress off of the typical wedding process.”
