We can’t help but get giddy when we see pictures from this intimate destination wedding!
Held in the lakeside community of Carlton Landing in Eufaula, OK, bride Julie and her husband Duston created a beautiful weekend for 30 of their closest family and friends. With no detail overlooked, the couples lavished each wedding guest with gift baskets that included soap, cookies, and spiced nuts made by the bride. They were also given Carlton Landing T-shirts, water, SPF, sunglasses, and a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy throughout the weekend!
The schedule of events made this wedding sound even more amazing: Though it was driving distance for most everyone, guests came into town the day before the wedding to get settled into their lake houses. After the rehearsal, everyone met up at the community pool for dinner, and the night ended with s’mores at the Myrick Lake House. Saturday, the main event, was even more special. Highlighted by DIY contributions (such as the soft pink and white flowers that were brought in and arranged by a family friend), the entire evening is reminiscent of the best family dinner ever.
