Bryanna and Kevin’s wedding at the Winterbourne Inn in Orange Park, Florida is one of our absolute favorites. The venue, wedding dress (make that two!), and decor all fit perfectly together, which is no surprise considering Bryanna works to make weddings gorgeous everyday at Studio Flower in Birmingham, Alabama.

On Wedding Planning:
“The planning process was great because I had a year and 3 months to plan. I had time to change my mind but in the end the vision I had came through and it was perfect. It was hard planning a wedding out of state, but the only advice I have is to rely on your family and friends if they are there. I was constantly emailing and bugging everyone in Jacksonville (where the venue and other vendors were); I’m sure they got sick of me but I wanted to make sure everything was in order for the day of. So, just be persistent and consistent! I had great friends, family and a great fiancé to help me through the planning process, and I couldn’t have done it without them.”
On DIY:
“We had a few diy projects! Kevin made the stencils of the silhouettes used for the koozies and the cornhole, which were handcrafted by friends. Tiffany (the owner of Studio Flower, where Bryanna works in Birmingham) created the bunting for the cake and the bags that the lavender was kept in before the toss. I had a friend that created the invites, and Jennifer designed and had the Save-the-Dates printed. My dress was also DIY- it was my mother’s dress that we had repurposed for our wedding. It was one of my favorite details!”
Her Advice to Brides:
“The advice I would give to brides now would be to follow your vision. The idea of what you want may change throughout your planning process, but once you find something you like, don’t complicate it by looking around more. Trust your family and your friends because they will make your day so special… Even when things aren’t going as planned, they are good at not letting you know it. And just enjoy the day and enjoy the planning!”
