It’s officially wedding season, which means thousands of wedding guests are probably sitting at their computer at this very moment wondering what to get their family or friends who are getting married. And, if you’re THAT couple reading this, you’re probably secretly hoping they get you something good!
Wedding registries have made gift-buying way easier than before, but sometimes you just don’t feel like getting any of the remaining items on their list (lonely spatula, we’re looking at you). So, what do you give the couple that has everything? We’ve found the PERFECT online store to shop for one-of-a-kind wedding gifts.
PersonalWine.com has become our favorite go-to for unique wedding gifts that won’t break the bank. From engraved champagne flutes to personalized wine bottles gifted in a keepsake box, there are some great options for wedding gifts that will stand out on the crowded gift table.
So, how does it work? The process is super easy and lets you personalize your gift every step of the way. We created what we think is the perfect wedding gift, below, to show you.
Step 1: Start with the wine!
We think champagne and sparkling wine is ALWAYS a fun, celebratory wedding gift, so we opted for a bottle of one of our faves, Perrier Jouet Grand Brut. If you’re looking for a lower-priced option, there are a ton of great bottles to choose from, such as Segura Viudas Cava Brut Rosé. You can also do a bottle of white or red wine for as little as $18.
Step 2: Personalize it
I opted to engrave our bottle of champagne for an extra $15, but a personalized label would be free. You can choose from Personal Wine’s assortment of pre-made templates and edit them as you see fit (which we did) or design your own from scratch. It took us less than a minute to customize ours.
Step 3: Add accessories
I also added personalized champagne flutes with free engraving, and a locally-sourced, wooden wine box (which also comes with free engraving) to complete our wedding gift. I used a pre-made template for each, and just added the initials of the couple. Again, this was super easy and actually fun to do.
Step 4: Checkout
I added a personalized card for an additional $3, and my wedding gift was complete. While this particular assortment would cost $130 (plus shipping and tax), we could have easily mix and matched an equally fabulous wedding gift for $50 or less!
No matter your wedding gift budget, this is such a fun idea for a couple. Not only do they get to drink and enjoy an amazing selection of sommelier-tasted wines, but they’ll have a gift they can keep forever after the toasting is done.
