Chiara Ferragni, the fashion designer behind The Blonde Salad, wed rapper Fedez in a lavish Italian wedding over the weekend. From the attire to the location, everything looked absolutely perfect.
Ferragni wore not one, not two, but three custom Dior dresses — one of which was in the works for more than a year. “With the young couple having just said ‘I do’ in front of their family and friends in a touching ceremony in Noto, Sicily, we are proud to unveil the gorgeous haute couture wedding dress specially designed for this occasion by Maria Grazia Chiuri,” Dior wrote in an Instagram post. “As a businesswoman, mother, and empowering role model for today’s young women, her exquisite gown fuses Italian craft inspiration with French haute couture for a result that is both definitively contemporary and timeless, as captured here during her fittings in our Paris salons.”
Ferragni wore this particular gown with pink Dior shoes and a long veil while walking down the aisle. At the alter, she was surrounded by her bridesmaids (and the couple’s son, Leo!), who wore pink eco-sustainable gowns designed by Alberta Ferretti, E! News reported.
The blogger later changed into two different Dior Haute couture dresses.
As for Fedez, he wore a black Versace suit and a white undershirt. Both he and Ferragni teared up during the ceremony, which was set against greenery and hanging blooms at Dimora delle Balze, a 19th century palazzo.
Guests arrived at the estate via private flights organized by the couple. Upon their arrival, they were greeted by mascots of the bride and groom.
The VIP treatment didn’t stop there. The couple’s reception included a mini-carnival, complete with a Ferris wheel, games with prizes, and more.
