Ariana Grande Had Been Designing This Wedding Dress for Years

Ariana Grande just shared an intimate look from her at-home wedding to Dalton Gomez, and we are here for every moment of it.

The singer posted photos from their special day on her Instagram, and since then fans have been drooling over her gorgeous Vera Wang Haute wedding dress.

The dress, which the singer and designer apparently vowed to partner on at the Met Gala a few years ago, was lily white and strapless. The empire waist column gown featured a sexy, plunging back. She paired it with a bubble veil (that also had a bow!) and Giuseppe Zanotti platform heels.

The iconic wedding dress designer shared her joy for the singer on Instagram. “ArianaGrande, to a truly magical muse, what an incredible journey this has been for all of us at Vera Wang. A joy and a honor! Wishing you and Dalton a lifetime of happiness. XX V”

Ariana Grande’s wedding dress was second only to the singer’s perfectly-placed hair and makeup. Her signature ponytail was replaced by a half-up hairstyle by Josh Liu. Her soft, neutral makeup was framed by a flick of winged eyeliner.

For jewelry, Grande chose earrings by Lorraine Schwartz. Matching her engagement ring–which also has one pearl and one upside down diamond–they’re believed to represent appreciating the ‘upside down’ moments in her life, and how those got her to where she is today.

Grande walked down the aisle of her Montecito, California home with her parents, mom Joan Grande and dad Ed Butera, by her side.

Gomez, who proposed to Grande in December 2020, wore a Tom Ford suit. He waited for the bride under an array of flowers that hung from the ceiling.

Ariana Grande’s wedding definitely reminds us that a wedding at home can be just as ethereal as one anywhere else. Congrats!
