Our average base cost for a Saddlerock Ranch wedding is calculated by figuring a 100-person guest list using the Vineyard Setting and a food/beverage cost of $150/pp. Security and Valet estimates have been added in as well. Entertainment, flowers, additional decorations and rentals, transportation, and photography are not included. Price is rounded up to the nearest thousand. Gratuity and sales tax is included.

Facility Rental Fee: The venue rental fees are based upon the area you choose and include rental of the space for 24 hours:

Capacity: 500 guests
Features: Rolling hills lined with vineyards, acres of manicured lawns, ancient oaks, rose gardens, ribbons of white fences and exotic animals.

Oak Grove Setting
Capacity: 450 guests
Features: Hundreds of Oak Trees greet guests as they drive up to the property. Once the trees clear, they enter s custom rock waterfall area for your ceremony, gala or reception, encircled by hanging twinkle lights in the trees, looking out onto their lake and pastures. On the horizon, guests will have views of their Estate grown vines, surrounding valleys and horses grazing in the distance.

Capacity: 100 guests
Features: Saddlerock’s Chateau Le Dome is located on a hilltop in the middle of the ranch’s vineyards. The Chateau is an octagonal stone house set on a manicured lawn that is large enough for a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. From this elevated vantage, you have 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards, valleys and ranch and enclosed by hanging twinkle lights in the trees.
Capacity: 300 guests
Features: The Camp Cabernet space features seven remodeled Airstreams, Dalton, Spartan and Shasta trailers dotting a scenic vineyard-view.
What’s Included: They DO provide permanent bathrooms and a changing room at each location. However, you are responsible for bringing in all outside vendors here; catering, rentals (tables, chairs, lighting, décor, etc.) and music. You will also have to bring in water for everything except dish washing. They also require you to hire their exclusive security and valet companies which are an additional fee ($30/per attendant and $37 per hour/per guard, respectively). Below are general estimates from the Valet and Security companies (and can change at anytime).
Food/Beverage: You can bring in your own caterer (as long as they are familiar with their policies and can provide general liability insurance). You must purchase their wines at an exclusive price or incur a corkage fee, however you are free to bring in your own hard alcohol at no additional charge.
Space Type: Mostly outside
Size: Saddlerock Ranch can accommodate up to 500 guests in the Garden setting, up to 100 guests in the Vineyard setting, and up to 300 guests in Camp Cabernet.
Bridal Suite: Yes
Parking: Valet is required (see above for pricing). The venue will provide shuttle service from their lot to the Dome/Camp Cabernet settings, where parking is limited.
How Will Grandma Get There? Saddlerock Ranch is about an hour from LAX, and 13 minutes from the closest hotels in the Agoura Hills or Westlake area.
Party On! The music curfew is 11 p.m. in the Vineyard/Dome and Camp Cabernet setting and 12 a.m. in the Garden/Oak Grove.
Important Note: Guests have complained of poor cell service at this venue as well as Wi-Fi for GPS. If you do book this venue be sure to be very detailed with your directions to vendors and guests. Also, it is possible that other weddings will be going on at the Ranch. However, they are extremely separate and have their own entrances so there should not be any overlap.

While this venue is very limited in terms of offerings (you’ll have to bring in everything from a kitchen prep space to a generator), you are getting a gorgeous location that can accommodate a large group as well as the ability to bring in your own (approved) caterer and hard alcohol. Couples love the Vineyard Setting, featuring gorgeous views in an intimate setting, which is actually what I would recommend here unless you have a rather large budget. If you’re having a larger group you’ll most likely have to bring in tents and setup several lounge areas for guests, which will definitely add up in terms of cost.
