It looks like they got the runners from the same rental company they got their chair pads from. If you’re not using a local rental company and are having a small wedding, it’s sometimes cheaper to just buy your own table linens if you can find them under $20 online or from a local fabric store. This $16 runner from Target could give you the same effect.
